Just a little about me...

Beth: I haven't always been a runner. I started out of desperation. Now I run when it's sunny, raining, or snowing. I run when I am happy, depressed, or stressed. It's a getaway that I don't have to pay for...a little piece of sanity...an open road that leads to anywhere I want to go. I am an addict looking for my next Runner's High.
